Ingredients

  • 8 vanilla cake dessert shells
  • 3 ounces blackberries
  • 3 ounces raspberries
  • 3 ounces blueberries
  • 6 strawberries; diced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese; room temperature
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Add the sugar, cream cheese, milk and Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract to a large bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients together until the frosting is fluffy and creamy consistency.
  3. Add a little of the frosting to each dessert cake shell.
  4. Then add the berries.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
