Apple Cinnamon Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (or any nut butter of your preference)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Magnolia-Star Cinnamon Butter extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped apples, ripe banana, unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, almond butter, ground cinnamon, honey (if using), and cinnamon butter extract.
  2. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender as well.
  3. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and cinnamon flavor according to your preference. You can add more honey for extra sweetness or more ground cinnamon for a stronger cinnamon taste.
  5. Once the smoothie is well blended and reaches the desired consistency and taste, it's ready to serve.
  6. Pour the Apple Cinnamon Butter Smoothie into two glasses.
  7. Optionally, you can garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
