Chocolate Covered Rice Krispie Footballs

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 1 tsp. Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 bag of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 bag white candy melts
  • One squeeze bottle
Instructions
  1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
  2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
  3. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Using a football-shaped cookie cutter cut shapes out, set aside.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl add chocolate chips. Put in microwave 30 seconds at a time stirring well in between until melted. Careful to not overheat.
  5. Did the top of each football-shaped treat in chocolate like a stamp.
  6. Set aside to cool or put in the refrigerator to set up.
  7. Once the chocolate is set up melt your candy melts the same way as the milk chocolate. Pour into squeeze bottle to “draw” your football laces or desired decoration
  8. Enjoy! Best if served same day.
