White Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 2 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • One bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray or coat with butter.
  2. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment mix butter and brown sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla and whisk vigorously until smooth.
  3. Add in chips
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out.
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes until edges are golden and toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares.
